Josh came to Ashland from his childhood home of Arcata, California. Through decades of work in the construction industry, Josh is uniquely qualified to assist property owners in assessing the maintenance needs of their home. As a certified electrician, he has worked on large commercial projects and residential homes. Josh is also a licensed and bonded general contractor, capable of creating and following through on a plan for any fixes needed on your property.
